The system provides fast-deployable broadband connectivity via satellite, enabling field teams, NGOs and authorities to establish communications in disaster zones within hours.

The service combines multi-orbit satellite networks to deliver resilient and flexible connectivity

emergency.lu integrates multi-orbit satellite capabilities (GEO/MEO/LEO) to ensure resilient and flexible connectivity in crisis environments. It relies on commercial satellite communication infrastructure operated by SES and on multi-orbit satellite networks (GEO/MEO/LEO).

Rapidly deployable connectivity helps maintain coordination and situational awareness in disaster-affected areas

emergency.lu enables rapid deployment of communications within 24–72 hours, ensuring continuity of coordination between humanitarian actors and civil protection teams in disaster-affected areas.

The system supports voice and data connectivity for operational coordination and field situational awareness, even when terrestrial networks are fully degraded. It has been deployed in more than 100 missions across over 70 locations worldwide.
