Space Y will hold its Annual Meeting with the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) on 25 November 2026, from 14:30 to 17:30 CET, at EUSPA’s headquarters in Prague and online.
Organised every year for Space Y members, this meeting provides an opportunity to receive updates on EUSPA’s current and forthcoming activities, strategic orientations and priorities for the EU Space Programme. It also offers a forum for direct exchanges with EUSPA representatives, allowing members to raise questions, share industry perspectives and discuss opportunities for future cooperation.
For Space Y, the meeting is an important opportunity to bring the collective perspective of the European downstream industry into discussions with EUSPA, highlighting members’ priorities and practical challenges in bringing space-based solutions to market and supporting their wider adoption.
This year’s discussions will also review Space Y’s activities and areas of collaboration with EUSPA throughout 2026, with particular attention to resilience and civil protection and for space for security. The meeting will take place against the backdrop of ongoing discussions on future EU space policies and programmes, including the next Multiannual Financial Framework.
The Annual Meeting will be followed by EUSPA’s User Consultation Platform (UCP), taking place in Prague and online on 26–27 November. The UCP brings together industry stakeholders and user communities to discuss evolving needs and requirements, helping shape the future development of EU Space services.
More information about the UCP 2026, including the programme and registration, is available on the official event website.
