SpaceSUITE is launching a new survey on “Mobility as a Learning Tool in the Space Sector” to better understand how organisations use mobility experiences to support skills development across the space ecosystem.
Professional mobility, including international assignments, staff exchanges, study visits, and participation in programmes such as Erasmus+, is increasingly recognised as a valuable tool for workforce development. By enabling professionals to gain hands-on experience, access new technologies and working methods, and strengthen both technical and transversal skills, mobility can play a key role in fostering innovation and competitiveness within the space sector.
Through this survey, SpaceSUITE aims to explore current practices, identify challenges and barriers, assess awareness and use of existing European mobility programmes, and highlight opportunities to make mobility initiatives more effective, accessible, and inclusive.
The survey is addressed to companies, research and technology organisations, and other stakeholders active in the space ecosystem. The questionnaire takes only 3 minutes to complete, and the results will help inform future strategies to support skills development and mobility opportunities in the space downstream sector.
We invite all relevant stakeholders to contribute their perspective and support this important initiative.
Take the survey now and help shape the future of skills development in the European space sector.
