Space Y members are warmly invited to the first session in a new workshop series supporting the upcoming European Commission Communication on a Digitally Powered Green Transition and its associated Action Plan.

This first workshop in a three-part online consultation series will explore how the Green Deal Data Space (GDDS) can facilitate the use of Artificial Intelligence to drive forward Europe’s green transition.

Key discussion topics include:

  • Re-use of data subject to intellectual property rights or confidentiality
  • Building large-scale, AI-ready datasets
  • The role of public authorities in sourcing and managing data for green AI applications

The session will feature real-world use cases, expert technical perspectives, and an interactive dialogue with stakeholders from a wide range of sectors.

The second workshop will take place on 2nd July: Last Mile Digital Applications for a Greener Future – European Commission

The third workshop (9th July 2025) will focus on International Data Flows, Data Spaces for tracking and tracing global supply chains both upstream and post-consumption and links with the Digital Product Passport.
